Halaxy Setup

Halaxy is there. Now it needs to work.

Whether the account is new, half-finished or taken over from somebody else, I set up the parts your clinic needs, from locations and fees to forms, messages and billing.

Then I run a test patient through it before handover.

Available by enquiry. Scope and quote confirmed before work begins.

WHEN HALAXY ISN’T READY YET

Being able to log indoesn’t mean it’s ready.

A Halaxy account can look busy and still rely on drafts, workarounds and one person knowing where everything lives.

Workarounds

You can log in to Halaxy, but the clinic is still working around it.

Staff are chasing forms, typing the same details twice or relying on one person to remember which screen comes next.

Disconnected

Bookings, forms and billing have all been set up separately.

Appointments, fees, forms, reminders and invoices don’t lead neatly into the next step.

Unclear

Nobody knows what’s finished and what’s still waiting.

Provider approvals, payment verification, claiming, eRx and secure messaging can sit there without anyone knowing who needs to act.
If the clinic still has to remember the workaround, the setup isn’t finished.

WHAT I SET UP

Halaxy set up for the way your clinic runs.

I start with what your clinic offers and how a patient moves through it, then build the account to match.
An organised healthcare practice setup connecting profiles, locations, appointments, payments and communications
Stage 01

Practice setup

Get the basics right first.

  • Practice details, locations and practitioners
  • Users, roles and sensible access
  • Appointment types, fees and availability rules
  • Billing setup, agreed integrations and API options where the systems allow them
Stage 02

Patient journey

Bookings, forms, messages and payments follow on from each other.

  • Booking approach and appointment requests
  • Intake, consent and required patient details
  • Confirmations, reminders and patient-facing messages
  • Payment, invoice and receipt steps, if they’re in scope
A connected patient journey moving from appointment request through intake, payment, reminders, invoice and receipt
A practical healthcare software handover kit with a guide, checklist, templates and completed status
Stage 03

Testing and handover

Before I hand it over, I run it like a patient would.

  • A labelled test patient taken through the agreed workflow
  • Forms, messages, templates and dynamic fields checked
  • A list of anything still waiting and who needs to do it
  • Simple handover notes for the clinic

REAL HALAXY EXPERIENCE

Saving the setting is the easy bit.I test what happens next.

I check the booking, the form that lands in the patient’s inbox, the invoice it creates and the document that comes out the other end. That’s where the awkward gaps usually show up.

"You made the entire setup process smooth and straightforward. Your dedication, attention to detail, and prompt communication made a real difference. I would highly recommend your services to anyone looking for assistance with Halaxy setup."

HALAXY SETUP

Set up and testedbefore handover.

You won’t be quoted for a brand-new build if half the account already works. I’ll price the job around what needs finishing.

Need Halaxy to talk to another system? I can scope the API or integration work separately, so you can see what belongs in the account setup and what needs its own build.

Halaxy Setup

A Halaxy account the clinic can use.

I set up the agreed parts of the account and run a test patient through them before handover.

HOW IT WORKS

Start with the short version.

Tell me where the account is up to and how the clinic needs to run. I’ll work out what needs doing and what has to wait on somebody else.

STEP 01

Tell me what state the account is in.

New, half-built or inherited from somebody else. Tell me what the clinic needs Halaxy to handle.

STEP 02

I separate the setup from the outside approvals.

I’ll tell you what I can complete, what the clinic needs to do and what’s waiting on Halaxy or another provider.

STEP 03

You get the price before anything changes.

You’ll see what I’m doing, what sits outside the job and what it’ll cost. If it suits, approve it and pay the deposit.

STEP 04

Then I collect the build details.

Once the job is booked, the detailed form collects the names, services, fees and documents I need to start.
No long worksheet just to find out what the job costs.

Here’s what people usually want to know before I touch the account.

What state is your Halaxy account in?

Show me the account you’ve got.

Tell me whether it’s new, half-finished or inherited, and how the clinic wants bookings, forms, messages and payments handled.

If there’s another system Halaxy needs to talk to, mention that too.

I’ll come back with the scope, the quote and anything that needs to be handled by Halaxy or another provider before anything changes.
