Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services and website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our services to infringe the rights of others, transmit unlawful material, or interfere with the operation or security of our systems.
Scope of Services
Lunaris provides operational workflow reviews, process improvement, software setup and configuration, systems integration, workflow automation, data migration, custom workflow tools and related support, as defined in each signed proposal or statement of work.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to relevant systems, and approvals required to deliver agreed outcomes.
Intellectual Property
Deliverables and usage rights are governed by the terms defined in the signed service agreement for each engagement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunaris and its representatives aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with our services or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services.
