Lunaris provides governance, compliance, and automation advisory services as defined in each signed proposal or statement of work.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to relevant systems, and approvals required to deliver agreed outcomes.
Intellectual Property
Deliverables and usage rights are governed by the terms defined in the signed service agreement for each engagement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunaris and its representatives aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with our services or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services.
